Reception
They handle emails, incoming calls, fulfil all kinds of guest requests (ski passes, carriage rides, tennis court and restaurant reservations and much more). This is our administrative hub with a lot of heart and attention to detail! The first, but also last contact persons take care of the guests' well-being every day.
Housekeeping
Without a doubt, the housekeeping team in every hotel is a guarantor of whether guests are satisfied with the hotel experience or not. From so-called little things, such as preparing the room according to guest requests (2nd pillow, baby or dog bed, etc.) or providing fresh towels, to comprehensive room and hotel cleaning: Our housekeeping team not only comes into play in a variety of ways. It is the basis of your hotel, without which a smooth hotel operation would not be possible.
Service
We combine hospitality, professionalism, culture and gastronomy. We are proud of our cheerful, motivated, international service team. They welcome our guests for breakfast, Z'vieri, dinner or at the latest in our bar or lobby for a last drink before our guests retire to their rooms.
Kitchen
Passion that you can taste. Day after day, our kitchen team manages to create very special moments of indulgence for the palate and the eyes. We stir, fry, cook and refine. The common mission of our kitchen team is clear: they want to inspire the guests. Whether in our à la carte restaurant «Bündner Stübli» or in the panorama hall, we offer a balanced half-board menu every day. Homemade ravioli, home-baked biscuits, our kitchen team pays attention to detail!
Maintenance
The heroes behind the scenes are our maintenance team. Among other things, they make sure that every guest can feel comfortable. Without our team, there would be no hot water, no screw would hold and the lights would have gone out long ago.
